Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your Finova subscription at any time. Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period.

Go to Settings → Subscription & Billing.

Click Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page.

Select a cancellation reason (this helps us improve).

Click Confirm Cancellation.

What happens after cancellation

  • Your account stays active until the billing period ends
  • No further charges are made
  • You can export all your data before access ends
  • Your data is retained for 90 days after expiry
  • You can reactivate within 90 days and all data is restored
💡

Tip: Before cancelling, export your data from Settings → Data Export. This gives you a full backup of all invoices, accounts, and transactions.

⚠️

Note: After 90 days of inactivity, your data is permanently deleted. If you think you may return, reactivate before this window closes.
